From a young age, the Cronje twins were always drawn to sport, people, and property. Guy (an ex-professional rugby player with 10 years of property experience) and his brother Ross (an ex-Springbok rugby player with 2 years of property experience) decided they’d like to give back to the sport that has given so much to them, whilst creating a thriving business in the commercial property space. A few scrums and a lot of leg work later and Nine10 was over the line and officially in business.

Our mission is two-fold:
- To be a national brand that rejuvenates the industrial property industry: We are a brokerage where team members choose to work and where every deal is celebrated the way it should be… all whilst giving our clients the service they deserve.
- To help professional athletes prepare for life after sport long before that time comes: For most sportsmen and women, retirement is seldom a planned event. Often, it happens suddenly and with little option on what comes next. Through our brokerage, we empower these athletes with the preparation they need for “plan B.” This includes helping them get the relevant qualifications and experience they need alongside a team that understands the shift in gears from the sports field to the corporate world.
Our “home” advantage may be in Johannesburg and Durban but our network and associations cover all of South Africa. Whilst our focus is on industrial property, we refuse to put ourselves in one box. It’s our goal to help our teammates buy, sell, lease, or invest in every sector of property whether it be commercial, Industrial, residential, or retail. No matter the deal, we’re the right team for the job.
